I ordered a large piece of documentation for translation. Everything was done according to my deadlines. Documents were well organized. Small corrections were occurred (I had more than 50 different pages in two languages!) and the company corrected them all in the same day. Wow! Where do I begin? Words will not do justice to how I truly feel about the phenomenal work of Jane, Krikor, and the team at Jane Katkova & Associates but I will still write this review in hopes that I am able to sincerely convey how grateful I am for having met this wonderful and capable group of people and in the added hope that others can also read my review and, if facing a similar situation, can get in touch with Jane and her team and get to experience light at the end of a dark tunnel as I have.

I had faced four refusals in trying to get a simple visit visa for my sister. To say I had lost hope, would be putting it mildly. I was utterly hopeless and simply did not believe it was possible to ever see my sister in this country.

It was then that I had a friend of mine introduce me to Jane Katova & Associates. I was a bit reluctant after my previous rejections but my friend insisted with many positive remarks about this consultancy which gave me a little confidence to agree to set up an appointment. After first meeting Jane, the way she listened to my situation, understood my previous attempts, and gave me the hope to not give up—I felt a renewed confidence and thought I will give this one final chance to bring my sister to Canada with the help of Jane a shot.

She got started on my case and introduced me to Krikor who would be helping me with the day-to-day ongoings of my case. Even my experience with Krikor was exceptional. He is an absolute phenom at his job—organized, meticulous, patient, understanding, prudent, calm, and an overall pleasurable person to be around. He, with Jane's guidance, helped me step-by-step in organizing my case. I was and am incredibly impressed with his way of doing work. From the beginning to its submission, the whole case was handled professionally and smoothly.

Eventually, and finally, I must say, the day came when Krikor gave me a call to let me know that my sister's case had been approved and that she was finally going to come to Canada... OMG! I cannot express how I felt at that moment. I didn't even understand what Krikor had said to me and it wasn't until he said it a few more times that it really sunk in. This news was the absolute best news of 2024 for me and my family. I met Jane at her office in person, as well, and shared congratulations with her. Her personal elation in my case's approval meant a lot to me and speaks to the connections she and her team make with their clients.

I am immensely grateful to Jane and Krikor for their hard work, their professionalism, their cordiality and, most importantly, their belief in their own skills and abilities which, in turn, gave me the ability to strongly believe in them and entrust them with my case.

I wholeheartedly recommend Jane Katkova & Associates for anyone's immigration consulting needs, without any hesitation whatsoever! Thanks to them, my mom was approved for Humanitarian and Compassionate program sooner then expected!  Wow! What a work!  Jane is very professional, amazingly creative, friendly and approachable.
