In the times of COVID-19 pandemic, winning a humanitarian case becomes critically important, because it is no longer a question of separation of relatives, of hardship, now it is also a question of the very human lives.
Many of our humanitarian & compassionate clients cannot risk exposure to the virus while traveling back to their country of origin, so for them the decision on their H&C case is literally a life-or-death decision.
A positive decision means a client gets to stay in Canada with their family, and the value of such decision is hard to underestimate.
