Yesterday we have received another approval for a Humanitarian and Compassionate case. This is a major win for our company, and a life-changing decision for our Client’s family.

This approval granted permanent residence in Canada to THREE individuals including two middle-aged people and a 12-year-old child. This is unprecedented, and it proves once again – HARD WORK PAYS!!!

Humanitarian and Compassionate applications are not your regular run-of-the-mill applications. These applications grant permanent residence in Canada exempting the person from the immigration laws.

To be approved, the applicant and their representative have to answer an extensive legal test and prove the exceptional nature of their application.

These cases are highly discretionary, and we are proud to have won all of them (either directly or, in a few cases, through Federal Court appeal).

Get in touch with us if you think your situation in Canada is unique and you think you might qualify for permanent residence based on Humanitarian and Compassionate grounds.
