Mr. Arutunian advises start-up companies, foreign enterprises, and established U.S. businesses (including employers in the manufacturing, technology and IT, healthcare, education, and automotive sectors) on the structuring and management of employment-based immigration matters.
His experience includes nonimmigrant visa classifications such as L-1, L-1 Blanket, TN, H-1B, O-1, and E-3, as well as advising employers throughout the permanent residence process for foreign national employees across the full spectrum of employment-based immigration, including the EB-1, EB-2 (including National Interest Waivers), and EB-3 categories.
In addition to corporate and employment-based immigration, Mr. Arutunian represents individuals and families in family-based immigration matters spanning a broad range of petition types.
