  2. Data Quality Assessment Specialist – a senior BA with process industry domain experience & strong data modeling knowledge. Needs to be competent is scripting and massaging data. Deliverable will be a report on data quality and remediation recommendations for all RMIQ data.
  3. Sr. BA – strong general skills with emphasis on business processes. Oracle (JDE) experience would be helpful but is not mandatory if other skills are superior.

Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team!
In this job, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to a team of colleagues and picking up ad-hoc tasks as requested.

Qualifications:
-Completion of post secondary education
-Minimum 1yr administrative experience in a fast paced office environment
– Proven ability to work well with limited supervision and are comfortable and confident taking initiative to get things done quickly
– Social Media Savvy: Experienced using LinkedIn, Facebook, twitter, and other social media platforms
– Tech savvy: Advanced computer skills in MSWord, Excel and Power Point
-Excellent written and oral communication skills with a keen eye for detail
-Ability to maintain confidentiality
-Ability to organize and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment
-Well dressed in business attire, groomed and project professional image
-Fluent in English, Speaks Cantonese and/or Mandarin, additional languages would be an asset.

Responsibilities:
– Perform administrative duties, which include answering telephones and responding to customer enquiries, creating and maintaining filing systems, ordering supplies and distribution of incoming mail
-Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries
-Assist with the preparation of correspondence
-Assist with various projects as required
-Provide back-up support for the office as required
– File Management
– Maintain website with up to up to date information. Social networking -Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

We are currently seeking for a PR intern, who is both personable and confident.

As a PR intern you will:
-Strategize, Design and Implement marketing and strategic partnership programs, collaborations, with responsibilities that include lead generation, special events, partnership management, etc.
-Develop effective communicate strategic objectives and initiatives;
– Identify, create, enhance and manage the appropriate mix of communications programs, channels and vehicles to drive awareness on/off line;
– Organize and prepare presentations and marketing materials such as brochures, data, slides and reports
– Prepare press releases, effective, result oriented communication with media off/on-line

The ideal candidate has effective persuasion/sales skills and knowlegeable of selling techniques:
– outstanding in verbal, written, and presentation skills;
– professional and sociable;
– organized, strong attention to detail;
– good intuition, self-motivated;
– great negotiating and listening skills;

Candidate should have strong desire to apply the PR and communications skills they have learned in school to a practical environment.

This position is not paid however a stipend to offset the expenses will be provided.
