Ruslana Ishchenko holds a Bachelor of Laws from Yaroslav the Wise National Law Academy of Ukraine and is a valued member of the team at Jane Katkova & Associates. With a keen eye for detail and a strong legal background, she leads the firm’s internationally educated nurse licensing department, supporting nurses through the credentialing and licensure process. While assisting with files that focus on temporary resident visas, humanitarian and compassionate applications, spousal sponsorships, work and study permits, citizenship restoration and proof applications, as well as complex permanent and temporary residency matters involving previous refusals.
Working in a fast-paced office, Ruslana assists with case preparation, documentation, and client communication.
