Express Entry For Nurses In Canada
Express Entry is an online point-based system that is created to manage federal immigration applications. Nurses can apply either through the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) or Canadian Experience Class (CEC).
- FSWP: FSWP requires at least 1-year work experience within the past 10 years. The more years of experience will get more points. Moreover, the applicant is required to have a language benchmark of CLB 7 in English or French. Age and Education have also their own points. In order to be eligible to enter the pool of candidates, one must have at least 67 out of 100 score.
- CEC: CEC refers to Canadian Experience of the candidate. So, the applicant must have at least one year working experience in Canada in the past three years before submitting their application.
